A variety of suite sizes are available for hourly rental for as low as
$14.00 per hour (3-hour minimum). These may be booked as lockouts for
any desired period of time – one or more days or weeks - at a substantial
discount from the standard hourly rates. All hourly rooms come fully equipped
with a Mackie super system including PA with effects and speakers at no
additional charge.

Standard bookings may be done in advance and specified times can be blocked
well in advance for your hourly convenience.
Discounts can be offered for prepaid substantial bookings and are subject
to negotiation, either for an extended number of days, or for booking
the same block of hours over an extended period of time.
Strict cancellation and refund policies are in effect for block bookings.*

two types of block bookings
Prime Time: At prime time we are happy to make
block bookings in sets of 10 sessions but we do not offer a discount on
these sessions. Prime time: Monday to Thursday evening sessions.
Off peak: Standard off-peak blocks are available
at a 10% discount for 10 sessions. Off peak: After 10pm Monday through
Thursday, Friday evening after 6, Saturday and Sunday all day.
